Email policy

Last updated 26 October 2026

1. Lister never advertises lister.ai in unsolicited email. No email sent by Lister, or by anyone on Lister's behalf, to a person who has not contacted Lister or bought from Lister may contain a lister.ai link, web address, image or tracking pixel.
2. Our hello@lister.ai and editorial@lister.ai mailboxes are used only to reply to people who have written to us, and to send order confirmations, receipts and live links to customers.
3. Any first email we send to a business is sent one to one, names the sender and Lister, and tells the recipient how to opt out. We honour opt-out requests immediately and permanently.
4. We do not allow affiliates, resellers or any other third party to send email that mentions or links to lister.ai.
5. If you receive an email that breaks this policy, forward it to hello@lister.ai and we will stop it.
