Accenture's managed services arm runs business functions on an ongoing basis rather than advising on them: finance operations (invoice to pay, customer to cash, record to analyse, tax and treasury), sourcing and procurement, talent and HR, customer service, supply chain, plus application, infrastructure, data and cybersecurity management. In the financial year ended 31 August 2025 that arm produced $34.57bn of revenue against a $69.67bn company total, so it is close to half the business rather than an add-on to the consulting brand. Revenue comes primarily from Forbes Global 2000 companies, governments and government agencies, and the majority of Accenture's approximately 779,000 people are in India, the Philippines and the United States.

Strengths and trade-offs
- Managed services is close to half of Accenture's revenue ($34.57bn of a $69.67bn total in the year to 31 August 2025) and grew 9% against 6% for consulting, so it is a core business rather than a side offering of a consulting firm
- Breadth under one supplier: finance operations, sourcing and procurement, talent and HR, customer service, supply chain, risk and compliance, plus application, infrastructure, data and cybersecurity managed services all sit in the same practice, serving clients in more than 120 countries from offices and operations in 52
- Nothing about the commercial terms is public and the account base is long settled. Accenture publishes no rate card, price or minimum engagement size on its managed services pages or in its 10-K, its revenue is derived primarily from Forbes Global 2000 companies and governments, and 195 of its top 200 clients have been with it for 10 or more years. A smaller or first-time buyer cannot size the cost before contacting sales, and sits well outside that core.
