SLB Capturi, the carbon capture business formed by SLB and Aker Carbon Capture, supplies modular capture plants based on its Big Catch design. Its plant at Heidelberg Materials' cement works in Brevik, Norway, the first industrial-scale capture plant at a cement facility, opened in June 2025 and can capture up to 400,000 tonnes of CO2 a year.
