Globant is a Luxembourg-registered, NYSE-listed technology services firm that sells outsourced software engineering, design, quality assurance and enterprise platform work to medium and large companies, organised into three Core Studios and eight AI Industry Studios. Its four largest delivery centres are in Colombia, Argentina, India and Mexico, while 52.8% of second-quarter 2026 revenue came from North America. Work is still sold mainly by the hour: time-and-materials contracts were 66.7% of 2025 revenues against 28.0% fixed price, with a subscription model called AI Pods added in 2025 and opened to any enterprise in August 2026.

Strengths and trade-offs
- Disclosed delivery depth: 27,411 staff at 30 June 2026, of whom 25,632 are technology, design and innovation professionals, with the four largest delivery centres in Colombia, Argentina, India and Mexico.
- Accounts stay put. The ten largest clients had worked with Globant for eleven years on average, and clients that already existed in 2024 produced 96.0% of 2025 revenues.
- The firm is contracting. Headcount fell from 31,280 at the end of 2024 to 28,773 at the end of 2025 and 27,411 by 30 June 2026, accounts billing over $1 million dropped from 339 to 331 year on year, and Globant guides full-year 2026 revenue to between a 1.1% decline and 0.3% growth.
